Join me for one, two, or all three sessions in this mindfulness meditation drop-in series, designed to help you enjoy more peace, awareness, and present-moment focused joy.

I’m honored to soon graduate from Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, and so excited to start teaching in person.

Each session will be unique and will include a short Dharma talk (insights + teachings), a guided meditation, and time for questions and answers.

All are welcome and will be embraced with a spirit of inclusivity and recognition that we each bring unique experiences, identities, and concerns to the group. The series is for everyone, from those who have no experience with meditation to long-time practitioners who want to brush up on mindfulness meditation and meditate in community.

*Your existing class package can be applied to these meditation sessions. Sign up just like you would for a yoga class.

**Chairs will be provided for those who prefer not to sit on the floor.
